indian accent at the manor, is happy to unfold its 'summer menu’ as well as special menus for ‘ladies who lunch’
chef manish mehrotra has crafted the recipes with a unique marriage of global ingredients and techniques with the nostalgic flavours and traditions of india using seasonal favourites such as sugarcane, fig, mangoes, kakdi and amla murabba amongst others.

and of course some of the old favorites still find place in the menu including the much talked about foie gras stuffed galawat and galangal infused patrani mekong basa. the new menu is a refreshing treat for all those who crave for good food with a difference.
the chef’s tasting menu featuring the best of indian accent is priced at 1975 for non vegetarians and 1875 for vegetarians. one can add 5 half glasses of wines which go well with the food for just rs. 1200.
chef manish says, "while preparing the menu, we concentrated on the freshness and availability of the season's produce and shall keep on changing the ingredients throughout summer. for example, 'organic kegg egg salad' which is currently being served with ‘fresh figs' will be served with 'jamuns' in may".
